I'm not just in property. I'm from it. It has been part of my life from the beginning.

After studying Building Surveying at the University of Reading, I spent a few years working in London and the surrounding areas before returning to Coventry to focus on Bansal Estates, our family business established in 1985.

Since then, I've built on that foundation to offer reliable, straightforward service across lettings, sales and full property management.

Whether it's helping a tenant find the right place, working with landlords or managing a sale from start to finish, I believe in doing things properly. That means being honest, consistent and taking pride in the details. It's who I am.

Today, property is everywhere, trend driven, fast moving and full of polished images on social media. I've adapted, using those platforms to show what I do and how I work, but I've always believed image should follow substance.

I was raised to be humble and modest, to focus on the work rather than shout about it. Along the way, I helped a few people get their start, often behind the scenes. Some used that support to build something honest. Others simply took the credit. Either way, I stayed focused and let the results speak for themselves.

I'm proud to carry the Bansal name forward, not just because it's my family business, but because I believe in what we stand for, building trust and lasting results.
