"Very lovely, warm and helpful people. When the bed broke in my flat, they replaced it in two days (they would've replaced it immediately but it was a Sunday and the furniture store wasn't open). Mrs Bansal is kind and understanding, always pleasant on the phone, happy to answer any questions I have. She helped me out when I had a misunderstanding with my neighbours, and came over to check on the flat after a major storm. After I told her I had to move out soon due to a job offer in a different city, she put up an ad online on the same day.
