The most expensive road in Coventry in 2014 was Warwick Avenue, Earlsdon, where prices average around £535,000 – and, in fact, the leafy neighbourhood takes the top four spots in Coventry’s most expensive ten.

The least expensive road to buy a house in Coventry last year was Carter Road, in Stoke Aldermoor, where prices averaged £48,625"
